Last night, my BFF, Jennifer W. and I had our weekly craft night. We haven't been able to spend much time together since before Christmas, so this was lots of fun and much needed girl time. We signed up to do a weekly challenge with my sister-in-law and her friends (Crafty Chick's Challenges). So the challenge this week was to use a specific layout for the scrap booking page, and to also use the color green, ribbon, and stamping within that layout. Here is what I came up with. I used ribbon that Ann Marie gave me to use with scouting layouts, I used a Close to My Heart Stamp set that I've had a while for the top border (in green chalk ink), and it was on green card stock. Since it was for my son, I didn't think flowers would quite go that well, so I used buttons that coordinated with the theme.
